As a first time real truck buyer (something over $8,000) I knew it was going to take a great dealership to sell me on spending $16,000 on a new truck. I searched all over Augusta and into surrounding locations. Other dealerships made it very easy to walk away without a purchase. When waking into Charlie's I felt comfortable and welcomed. The few things I had issues with were taken care of on time and done professional.
